3-4 tbsp (30-40g) stevia erythritol sweetener
½ cup / 120g all-purpose cream
1/3 – ½ (80-120g)cup unsweetened soy milk
Pinch of salt
1 tsp of vanilla

Place all ingredients in a small sauce pan, place over low heat, mix until the chocolate dissolves and mixture is smooth. Serve together with pancakes, waffles, as a dip or spread.
