Sweetened Cacao Nibs:
½ cup (50g) Sabroso Cacao Nibs
¼ cup (30g) Coconut sugar

2 cups(100g ) Cornflakes
2 cups(100g) Whole wheat cereal flakes
¼ cup/6 shells (30g) Sabroso tsokolate
250g dark chocolate
Pinch of salt

To make the sweetened cacao nibs, melt half of the coconut sugar in a pan, add in cacao nibs, stir to coat nibs with sugar. Turn off heat then sprinkle remaining sugar.
Pour nibs in a bowl to cool.
In a mixing bowl, add in cornflakes, whole wheat flakes, cocoa nibs.
Melt together dark chocolate and sabroso tsokolate, pour into flakes mixture. Stir well to coat all flakes.
scoop mixture into paperliners, or spread in a paper lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate to set.
